About

My Methodology
Bruno Militzer focuses on continual development with continual production, so his clients always have new projects to see and implement. Following a Kanban style of project development and management, Bruno focuses on the minutiae of a project while maintaining a flexible path of production. He employs a methodology that approaches software creation by first designing the architecture, developing it in the background, deploying it company-wide, and providing continued support. This system is also tailor adapted to each particular type of project, software development, web design, etc. Kanban helps Bruno and your team work together more effectively.
Design Phase
Analyse problems. Imagine solutions.
Testing & Debugging
Once we have a working prototype, we begin further testing, often in the client environment, to find and fix flaws.
System Architecture
Rapid and robust systems are best designed by reducing complexity and understanding client needs.
Deployment
When testing is complete we roll out new software company-wide and train clients and their associates on new features.
Implementation
We begin the look and feel stage by unveiling your new software in a controlled environment where clients can give their input and we refine functionality.
Maintenance & Support
We work to preserve uptime and make ourselves available to answer questions and solve problems.
